Ubiquity recently published my poems “Hot Flash at Work” and “October Thunderstorm in Michigan”

Ubiquity journal recently published my poems “Hot Flash at Work” and “October Thunderstorm in Michigan” in Ubiquity 11, Issue 2 (Fall/Winter 2024): https://ed-ubiquity.gsu.edu/wordpress/creative-works-3/ Yes, this journal is way behind on its publishing schedule. The editor for creative writing is J. Patrick McGrail. Both of these poems concern the years when I taught at Albion College, a fifty-mile drive from my home in Michigan. The one about the thunderstorm is a prose-poem. #poetry #hotflash #prosepoem #workpoem Janet Ruth Heller reading her poems at the Kalamazoo Public Library; photo by Hedy Habra
