On March 2, 2021, I participated in Read Across America by reading my award-winning fiction picture book for children about bullying and the solar system, How the Moon Regained Her Shape (Arbordale, 2006; 6th edition 2018). I read online for third- and fourth-grade students and teachers at Snow Elementary School in Newark, California. The students asked very good questions about my book and about being a writer. Janet will be autographing her books How the Moon Regained Her Shape, which is an award-winning picture book about bullying, and The Passover Surprise, which is a middle-grade chapter book about sibling rivalry. Jayne will be autographing her award-winning picture book Dinosaurs Living in My Hair. Kenneth will be signing his award-winning picture books King Arthur's Very Great Grandson and Green Pants.
